The small print: Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms before booking. Ticking the box at checkout means you and everyone in your party accept them.

1. Bookings and payment

All sessions must be booked and paid for online in advance. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and a booking reference has been issued.
All prices shown are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at 20%. A VAT breakdown is shown before you pay.
Sessions last 90 minutes. Please arrive a few minutes early so your session is not shortened.
Every booking must include at least one child aged under 5. Babies aged 0–9 months enter free but must still be included in your booking so we can manage capacity.
Each session has a limited capacity. Adults, children and babies all count towards that capacity.

To reschedule a booking, reply to your confirmation email or contact us at GiggleGroveStAlbans@gmail.com.
Sessions are non-refundable. Bookings may only be rescheduled, subject to availability, provided at least 24 hours' written notice is given.
Rescheduled sessions are subject to the availability shown on our booking page at the time of the request.
If we have to cancel a session, you will be offered an alternative session or a full refund.
We cannot refund late arrivals or early departures.

Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult aged 18 or over. Our team does not provide childcare or supervision.
One adult may supervise a maximum of three children.
Adults are responsible for the behaviour and safety of the children in their care, including in the seating and café area.

Socks must be worn by everyone entering the play areas. Shoes are not permitted.
Play areas are age-zoned. Please respect the age guidance on each area so younger children can play safely.
No food, drink, chewing gum, sharp objects or jewellery in the play areas.
Rough play and blocking equipment are not allowed.
Please do not attend if anyone in your party is unwell, has a temperature or has had sickness or diarrhoea in the last 48 hours.
By booking, you confirm that everyone in your party is fit and well enough to take part and accept that play involves an element of risk. Giggle Grove is not liable for injury, loss or damage other than where caused by our negligence.

Outside food and drink may not be consumed on the premises, with the exception of baby food, formula and items required for medically necessary or allergy-related diets.
Please tell a member of the team about any allergies before ordering. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Our site is on the first floor and is reached by a flight of stairs; there is no passenger lift. Prams and strollers may be left in the storage area downstairs.
We may refuse entry or ask anyone to leave, without a refund, where behaviour is unsafe, abusive or disruptive to other families.
Personal belongings are left at your own risk.

You may take photos of your own children. Please avoid capturing other children and do not post images of other families online.
We may take photographs or video for marketing purposes and will always ask permission first.
We use your contact details only to manage your booking and to contact you about your session.
